YNPN Pgh's programs and events allow our members to connect with resources, people, and ideas to foster their development as mission-minded leaders in our region.

YNPN Pgh’s Mentoring Program connects emerging nonprofit professionals with experienced nonprofit professionals to build and grow the skills, networks, and resources to become tomorrow’s nonprofit leaders. YNPN Pgh mentors may share expertise in areas such as development, finance, HR, legal, technology, finding work-life balance, or managing one's career. Pairs are asked to make at least a 1-hr monthly commitment for 6 months.  |  *Mentees must be active YNPN Pgh Members and pay a $25 matching and application fee

Meet 'n Eat

This is an informal networking event, held monthly at various times and days of the week, as well as in different parts of the Pittsburgh-area. These events are hosted by YNPN Pgh board members, are FREE to attend and open to the public. Just order and pay for what you'd like from the menu, and network with other mission-minded professionals.

Networking and Educational Events

Held once a month in the evenings, we host an array of networking and educational events, featuring many of Pittsburgh's greatest nonprofit thought leaders. The events are open to the public and event registration fees are low, but vary depending on event type and location.  |  *Discounts for YNPN Pgh Members apply
