Letter To Our Community

To Our YNPNPGH Community:

As the news continues to make clearer every day, we are currently experiencing a period of unprecedented uncertainties. In light of this, YNPN Pittsburgh has decided to postpone all in-person events. This does not mean we will pause our mission to support the professional growth and development of young nonprofit professionals in Pittsburgh. Our volunteer board and committees continue to plan and keep up to date on developments via virtual meetings and have some great (virtual) content in the works.

As we move virtual, the best way to keep in touch with us and fellow young nonprofit professionals is through our social media handles.

  •         Instagram (relaunching April 2020!)

Although our social media handles are focused on providing notifications of our PD opportunities as well as other free/inexpensive learning opportunities from the wealth of professional development providers, our Instagram account will be different. It will focus on the people of YNPNPGH, as our members are what make this group a community of like-minded young people, and not merely a professional network.

We want to say thank you to our members, supporters, and volunteers as we continue to grow and adapt in these changing times. As we prepare virtual content, please check out our cultivated list of resources for personal and professional needs during Covid19 – go to our “Resources'' tab for the updated list.

Many heartfelt thanks to our community as we continue to build bridges (albeit virtually) for emerging professionals in our nonprofit sector!
